RESEPI DONAT KENTANG

Resepi Norrizan Bakeri (Rancangan NONA 30hb Mei 2010)

Komen : Sedap! Sedap! & Sedap sangat!

Donut Kentang

Bahan A (ibu roti)

11g yis segera (saya guna mauripan)
4 sudu air
4 sudu gula
4 sudu tepung gandum

Gaul rata semua bahan dan tutup dengan kain lembab. Perap adunan selama 15 minit.

Bahan B

4 biji telur kuning
125g susu cair
400g tepung gandum
125g ubi kentang (rebus dan lenyek)
50g gula halus
50g mentega
1/2 sudu garam

Cara-cara

1. Campurkan telur kuning, mentera, gula halus, susu cair dan kentang lenyek.
2 Campurkan bersama bahan A dan bahan B
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit
4. Uli sehingga lembut (lebih kurang 20 minit)
5. Perap adunan selama 30 minit dengan kain lembab. Pastikan adunan kembang.
6. Terap adunan donat
7. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga kekeuningan.
8. Taburkan gula, coklat ganache atau mengikut kesukaan masing-masing.
